“I should begin by making it clear that, in my opinion, Gavin Adin is the best trainer there is. When I started with Gavin, I was, in terms of the B.M.I. scale, obese. No one really saw me as obese because of my height, but I lived an unhealthy lifestyle, and my weight affected my physical and mental health significantly. I was 265 lbs - none of which was of muscle. I had wanted to lose weight before meeting Gavin, but with no success.

When I boil down why I never had success in losing weight, it always came to the same answer: motivation. For me (and I am sure for many others as well), the greatest motivation is results and progress. This is why Gavin is so valuable. With Gavin, progress came immediately through hard work and dedication - something that Gavin showed me in the gym. Many people know how to apply themselves in some aspect of life - be it work, school, or a hobby, but many (especially myself until meeting Gavin) did not know how to use that same application in the gym. With Gavin’s help and guidance, I lost a significant amount of weight - 70 pounds to be exact - and live a healthier lifestyle. I am now at a very healthy weight for my height and look and feel great. Gavin’s training is not only valuable in the gym; however - it is beneficial for everyday life. There was a direct correlation between the physical progress and results I saw with Gavin’s help and my mental health.

I could likely write much more about how valuable Gavin is as a trainer. Still, I’ll wrap it up by saying how much I recommend Gavin as a trainer or workout plan expert - it has transformed my life both mentally and physically, and it can help you too.”
